What's In Season in April...
Spring is in the air during March, which means one of Marsala Rama's favourite foraged ingredients - Wild Garlic. We are lucky in that this grows by the ton in our garden, so pestos, pickled scapes and delicate flowers dominate our dinners. What to eat now in April.
